Auto feeder 
This new auto feeder is equipped with foundation, so that its door is in the same level with reactor feeding door. It also has ladder, convenient for workers observe feeding.

Cooling system
We concentrate the oil-water separator, vacuum device, condenser, oil tanks and anti-back fire device together in a steel frame, this frame is designed according to size of
40’HQ. This condenser is from German technology!




European standard De dusting system



This system is strictly designed as European emission standard, from the left, the first device on above picture can cool down the black smoke. The second device is to collect the dust, there are heat resistant bags to adsorb dust, air compressor blow air into it and let the dust fall down, after here, smoke go through the third part (ceramic packing DE dusting device), it has high pressure nozzles can spray atomized alkaline water, which can neutralize smoke Sulphur content. The ceramic packing can adsorb smoke dust and finally remove all of them.


Carbon black discharging system-2 options
 

Option-1:

 Put the steel trolley into the carbon discharging door, close the door, so carbon won’t fly to air, carbon will fall into the trolley, when the trolley is full, take it out, use lifting machine lift it, and there is a rocker on its side, move it and the bottom will open automatically, then carbon will fall down to the storage place.








Option-2: 


We have the new screw conveyor system, which connect with the carbon discharging door, the screw conveyor has water cover, during transferring, and carbon temperature will be lower down. Then carbon will directly transferred to a big storage tank, and package it from the tank bottom.

Installation


        6th generation no need to build foundation for reactor and water pool for dedusting system.
 

        When put the reactor foundation, just ensure the ground is flat enough, and put reactor above it, then the reactor installation is finished, so prompt, one or two days are enough.

        We design the cooling system and dedusting system as the dimension of 40’HQ and indirect heating foundation as the size of 40’FR. Our workers have connected many pipes and parts together in our factory, our workers are skillful, so they can ensure the welding and connection is proper. When machine reach to your factory, just need to assemble big parts together, 7 days can finish all, at most 10 days, this can save lots of installation job and cost, especially in some countries with high salary of workers.

Depolymerization is the decomposition of organic compounds with an oxygen-free (anaerobic) atmosphere. Gas, oil, black carbon and steel are produced out of tires. Gas, oil and carbon are produced out of plastics – with one and the same plant which can be used for plastic AND tires. 



4. Main Features of the plant
  
  • 100% recycling of tires and plastic is achieved No chemicals are used in the process - the process is 100% environmentally friendly.
  • No pollution during or after the process. All values of pollution to the soil, air or water are well below the required directives of the European Union. The emission is inside the strictly criterion of the European Union.
  • Each ton of recycled tires binds 10 tons of CO2 and protects the environment from greenhouse gases.
  • The method is an alternative energy source to oil, Diesel (D2) and gas.
  • The process can be used for all rubber materials.





5. Process

  • It is a bus process system with low temperature between 105 and 265° C
  • Time, the process only takes between 4 and 12 hours - depending on the amount and size of the tires (car, truck, tractor).
  • Evaporated gases will be condensed in liquids by heat exchanger. The cooling water remains in the process and is recycled.
  • The system can run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
